Terms of use
What TenderDesk is
TenderDesk collects publicly available government tender notices from official portals and presents them in one place, with summaries, checklists and reminders. We are not a government body, not an agent of any buyer, and we do not submit bids on your behalf.
Accuracy
We copy tender details from the official sources each morning, but portals change, publish corrigenda and sometimes contain errors. Plain-language explanations and "Is this for me?" guidance are written automatically from the tender's listed details and the usual government rules; they are a guide, not legal or financial advice. Always confirm every detail in the official tender document on the official portal before bidding. We are not responsible for losses from bids made or missed using TenderDesk.
Your account
Keep your password private. Each login is for one person; Business plans can add teammates from the team page. Don't resell or republish TenderDesk data in bulk, and don't try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may change features, coverage or these terms. If a change affects a paid plan you're on, we'll tell you before your next payment.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your name, email, and — if you give it — your phone number and company.
- Your feed choices (kinds of work, places, sizes), the bids you track and your checklist answers.
- What you do on TenderDesk (tenders opened, copied, exported) so we can improve it and, for partners, show reference codes.
What we do with it
- Show you matching tenders and send the morning emails, reminders and deadline alerts you've turned on.
- Contact you about your account or plan.
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Your account data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the site runs on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through our automation provider. Explanations are written by an AI service that receives only the public tender details — never your name, email or other personal information.
Your choices
You can change your feed and turn emails off any time from the menu. To delete your account and data, send us a message through Contact us and we'll do it within 7 days.
Payments & cancellation
- Prices are published on the plans page and are in Indian rupees. GST is added where applicable.
- New accounts get 7 days of Starter free. No payment details are needed for the trial; it ends on its own.
- Payment is by UPI or bank transfer, monthly or yearly, in advance. There are no automatic charges — you pay only when you choose to renew.
- Cancel any time by simply not renewing; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
- No refunds. Every new account gets a free 7-day trial so you can check TenderDesk fully before paying, so payments are not refundable, including for partly used months or years. If you stop paying, nothing more is charged and your plan simply moves to Free at the end of the paid period.
